Damien D. Brewster is an associate with the firm. Damien handles civil litigation matters from preparation of the Complaint through trial.  He represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters, including commercial and consumer contract disputes, construction disputes, foreclosure, eviction, personal injury, employment, fraud, and defamation.

 

Damien also represents clients charged with crimes and traffic violations.  He handles all stages of criminal prosecutions, including preliminary hearings, A.R.D. hearings, pretrial conferences, habeas corpus hearings, motion hearings, jury and bench trials, sentencing hearings, probation and parole violation hearings, and return of seized property hearings.

In addition to his work for the firm, Damien serves as an Assistant Public Defender and Arbitrator for the County of Montgomery, and has done so since 2005.

Damien received his law degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2005, and his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana.  He graduated from Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, and an active member of the Criminal Defense Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association.

Damien resides in Conshohocken with his wife, and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities including camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, sailing, fishing, gardening, golf and tennis, as well as carpentry, homebrewing, and playing guitar and banjo.
