Lynn Fleisher is an associate with the firm. Lynn is a trial attorney who handles all aspects of civil litigation matters. She has extensive experience in personal injury cases including, but not limited to auto accidents, premises liability, product liability and medical malpractice. She also handles family law, landlord/tenant, estate planning, and contractual cases. She represents both individuals and organizations and has served as Counsel to the Board of The Birth Center, a non-profit corporation in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Ms. Fleisher received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1989, and her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration/Philosophy from Juniata College. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Attorneys, as well as the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
Lynn has lived in the Collegeville area with her family for over 18 years. She is a member of St. Eleanor’s Church and is active with several community organizations including the Collegeville Rotary Club, Trappe Business Association, Collegeville/Trappe Parade Committee, and Collegeville Business Networking Group. Lynn is a member of the board of directors of Trappe Today and Tomorrow, a non-profit corporation dedicated to the economic and community improvement of the borough of Trappe. She and her family are avid skiers and enjoy kayaking, boating, biking the Perkiomen Trail and golf.
