| Hilary Mack is an associate with the firm. She is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office. Hilary handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, support, custody, property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and protection from abuse matters for the firm.
Ms. Mack’s educational background includes a J D. (2006) from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and a B.A. in Politics (2003) from Ursinus College. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association, the American Bar Association, and the Penn State Alumni Association.
