Louise M. Petrillo is an associate with the firm. Louise handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, support, custody, property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and protection from abuse matters for the firm. In addition, Ms. Petrillo has extensive trial experience with significant experience in the field of criminal law. Her extensive history includes, but is not limited to DUI, homicide, assault, drug cases, sex crimes, theft, forgery and expungements. Her practice includes representation of clients for probation and parole violations and non-payment of child support. She has served as an Assistant Public Defender for the County of Montgomery since 1997 where she currently serves as Case Management Chief. Petrillo received her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993, and her bachelor's degree from Rosemont College. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery American Inn of Court, the Women and the Law Committee and Criminal Rules Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. She is a member of St. Aloysius Church in Pottstown.
