Rowan handles all forms of hearings before local municipal
boards, including Zoning Hearing Boards, Planning Commissions and
Boards of Supervisors. He is skilled with Leases and Agreements of
Sale for both Residential and Commercial Properties.
Rowan has represented clients in applications before the
Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission [PUC] for
telecommunications and for motor carriers.
Rowan also has experience in the field of Employment Law with
Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Compensation and Disability. He
has represented both Corporations and Employees.
With an Estate Planning Certificate and LL.M in Taxation he is versed in complex estate and business planning and composes and probates Wills regularly. In addition to work with Wills, Rowan regularly prepares Inheritance Tax Returns and other tax returns for estates, trusts and decedents.
